Chorus Fellow
The Chorus Alaska Fellow will serve as a technical advisor and liaison to grantees, partner institutions, and funders for the Chorus Foundation’s work in Alaska. The Fellow will be a point of contact within Alaska for Chorus and work to advise on just transition organizing, training, and philanthropic initiatives. The Fellow will also serve to link the just transition work occurring in Alaska with just transition work across the lower 48.

Alaska Indigenous Women's Delegation to Standing Rock
A delegation of 16 Indigenous women from Alaska will journey to Standing Rock to carry the prayers and support of Alaskans in solidarity with the continuing presence of water protectors. Our delegation includes an elder from Utqiaġvik (formerly known as Barrow, Alaska), an elder from Savoonga, Alaska, as well as women from the communities of Chickaloon, Arctic Village, Minto, Manley, Fairbanks, and Anchorage. Native tribes represented include Yupik, Inupiaq, Gwich’in, Chickaloon, Koyokon, Tlingit, and Diné.
